Job Description
As a Large Construction Project Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving IMCOR's growth by managing relationships, closing sales, and promoting our HVAC and plumbing services. Your responsibilities will include:
Meet or exceed annual sales goals for HVAC and plumbing projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing account management with the focus to earn residual work. Ensure regular presence at the office or job site daily. Efficiently schedule job walks and promptly provide estimates and finalized proposals in a timely manner. Collaborate with the sales team to foster relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates on project progress Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status throughout its duration. Promote all aspects of IMCOR’s services, including repair, replacement, upgrades, and retrofits. Act as a professional role model, setting high standards in work habits, appearance, and client interactions. Partner with HVAC and Plumbing Service Supervisors to ensure successful project execution and technical support. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients. Conduct market research and analysis to track trends and remain competitive. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals. Monitor job-site performance for quality control and collect client feedback.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
2 years’ experience required facilitating the sales process; estimating, proposal creation and selling of HVAC and Plumbing/Piping projects. A solid understanding of HVAC and Plumbing systems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic planning and project management proficiency. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
