Create and execute a business development plan to drive new business, build a book of business, and meet production goals Partner with the customer service team to support nonprofit clients Manage your book of business to maintain as close to 100% client retention as possible Build relationships with carriers to stay on top of new products, trends, underwriting requirements, loss control, and risk management What You’re Good At / Qualifications
Strong knowledge of industry regulations, trends and technology Growth mindset, positive attitude, and client-centric work ethic Thrives on autonomy and in a high-volume environment Proven track record in identifying prospects through demand-generation channels and cold-calling Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and strong time management skills Unshakeable demeanor and ability to "get past no" Ability to network at all levels and influence decision-making Requirements
2+ years of commercial lines sales experience with a growth record California Property/Casualty Producer License Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits
