The Senior Associate/Associate, Digital Analytics & CRO will support the Digital Marketing team by executing detailed analyses, managing reporting, functional documentation and assisting with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and personalization initiatives. This role primarily focuses on task execution, data integrity, and collaboration within the immediate team, with some cross-functional interaction. The Associate/Senior Associate will work closely with digital marketing teams to enhance data-driven decision-making, optimize digital performance, and ensure the accuracy of reporting and insights. In This Role, You Will: Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct structured analyses of website and digital marketing performance. Identify key trends and present actionable insights to support marketing strategies. Assist in maintaining and updating dashboards and reports to communicate website and channel performance. Ensure dashboards are aligned with the goals of marketing stakeholders. Strategic Collaboration with Website, UX, Community, Marketing Channel, Chat, and Product Teams Collaborate with Web UX, Community, and Product teams to ensure analytics efforts align with business objectives. Work with various teams to support data collection, reporting, and analysis efforts. Work collaboratively and proactively to integrate insights into continuous optimization efforts. Assist in sharing performance insights with relevant teams. Support the creation and distribution of reports tailored to the needs of each team. Data Integrity & Quality Control: Monitor data accuracy and report discrepancies or bugs. Ensure quality control in reporting and escalate documented issues to analytics development teams. Assisting in CRO & Web Personalization Support CRO initiatives by assisting in A/B test execution, tracking performance, and analyzing results. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize website performance and user experience. Assist in implementing and tracking web personalization strategies to enhance website conversion and engagement. Cross-Functional Communication: Support digital team representatives in strategy discussions with demand generation, product marketing, and other marketing functions. Share performance updates and key takeaways in team meetings, quarterly business reviews, and Slack channels. Partner closely with

Community teams, Drift chat teams, and Web/UX teams

to align analytics efforts with user engagement and experience optimization strategies. Workshops & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of digital analytics across teams. Support educational initiatives to improve data literacy within the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in coordinating with marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting and insights. Contribute to discussions on opportunities for digital optimization and engagement enhancements. Development & Growth Project Support: Assist in digital marketing initiatives and stretch projects related to analytics and CRO. Provide data input and insights to improve project outcomes. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging analytics practices. Engage in training or certification opportunities to enhance skills. Innovation & Problem-Solving: Proactively suggest ways to improve reporting processes and data visualization. Bring forward insights that can enhance digital marketing performance. Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or CRO-related roles. Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Basic understanding of A/B testing methodologies and CRO principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.
