We’re looking for a
Highway Design Project Manager
to lead talented project design teams in delivering
highway and bridge projects for DOT clients . This role is perfect for a motivated civil engineer who thrives on
leading teams, solving complex transportation challenges, and working directly with clients.

client-facing leadership position
that supports both

Lead and manage
highway design projects
from concept to completion for DOT and municipal clients. Direct
multi-disciplinary project teams
to deliver high-quality roadway and bridge design solutions. Serve as the
primary client liaison , ensuring strong communication, responsiveness, and project success. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Collaborate with internal teams on
transportation planning, traffic engineering, and construction administration
tasks. Apply
DOT standards, guidelines, and permitting processes
to all project phases. Utilize
Bentley Products (MicroStation and OpenRoads)
for roadway and highway design. Required Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
from an accredited college (required). Professional Engineer (PE) license
in the state of practice (required). 5+ years of highway design project management experience . Experience with
Kansas or Oklahoma DOT
design projects (preferred). Familiarity with
Kansas or Oklahoma DOT standards and practices . Proficiency with
Bentley Products – MicroStation and OpenRoads . Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits
