What Youll Tackle Design, deploy, and maintain IP and fiber-based networks supporting high-speed broadband services Optimize Headend, Central Office, and Customer Premise Equipment workflows Automate network configurations and system performance monitoring Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and remediation of complex service issues Ensure reliability, security, and documentation across all broadband infrastructure Plan fiber routes, survey installations, and collaborate with vendors and field teams Elevate the customer experience through thoughtful support and technical clarity Your Toolkit 4+ years in enterprise networking; fiber experience strongly preferred Strong grasp of VLANs, subnetting, IP provisioning, Layer 12 architecture Experience with route planning, splicing maps, and troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with network automation, virtualization, and backup strategies Comfort juggling field tasks and system management Curiosity, communication skills, and a good sense of humor (seriouslyit matters here) Compensation Salary Range: $80,000 $110,000 Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the technical scope of the role, with opportunities for growth as the network expands.
