At AWS, we're looking for an experienced Content Strategy Manager to join our newly established Content Studio team. This is a hands‑on leader who establishes content operations to deliver creative projects from concept to launch and uses data‑driven methodologies to evaluate content effectiveness for AWS marketing's integrated demand plans and campaigns.
As the Content Strategy & Production Lead within the AWS Content Studio, you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating workflow operations, vendor relationship management, and content performance frameworks into strategic, scalable content processes. The Content Studio is AWS Marketing's primary content and asset production function, responsible for developing the full spectrum of creative and non‑creative digital content that powers our global marketing initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities
Drive the development of content frameworks that enable efficient asset creation and maximize reusability across channels and audiences
Lead strategic planning for content programs that align with Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs) and support broader marketing objectives
Collaborate with agency partners to ensure consistent quality and messaging across all content deliverables
Guide the transformation of "hero" assets into modular components that can be repurposed and personalized across different channels
Develop measurement frameworks to track content performance and drive continuous optimization
About the Team The Marketing Content Studio lives within the Integrated Demand Center (IDC). The IDC is responsible for designing and delivering globally scalable demand campaigns that reflect AWS’s top business priorities. The Demand Center sets campaign strategy, develops and localizes core content, executes across owned and paid media channels, manages the customer journey, and tracks performance through an analytics and measurement function. The Content Studio develops content for the Campaigns and supports broader AWS Marketing content needs. The studio houses video, copywriting, UX, and design teams. It aims to increase impact and reusability of content across channels and audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams
Experience working with time‑tracking/resource management tools
Experience with budgeting and scheduling software

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $147,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
