$88,000.00/yr - $132,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity of the area by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, procedures, monitoring compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others; determine corrective action to take or make recommendations to resolve. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and development. Manage maintenance department daily operations by monitoring and ensuring department performance related to equipment and facilities; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT). Manage financial aspects by monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures; monitor asset utilization and review/analyze business reports. Leadership Principles

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial field with 1 year of supervisory maintenance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field OR 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance-related environment; OR 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a work or project team; OR 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment with 1 year in maintenance. Associates must complete required trainings. Preferred Qualifications
