They are seeking a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to lead their digital presence, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless coordination across web, social, and CRM platforms. This position is perfect for a self-motivated creative who thrives on variety, enjoys autonomy, and wants to contribute to the continued evolution of a respected manufacturing brand. Offering flexible remote work with occasional on-site collaboration in Chicago, this role combines independence with the support of a friendly, close-knit leadership team. Salary Range:
$60,000 – $75,000 / year DOE Marketing & Digital Coordinator Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing, digital content, or related roles High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Background in the manufacturing industry (furniture manufacturing a plus) Proficiency with website management tools (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication abilities Creative, organized, and proactive mindset Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects Marketing & Digital Coordinator Responsibilities
Create, manage, and schedule digital content across social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms Maintain and update company website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging Oversee CRM organization, including lead tracking, contact management, and data reporting Collaborate with external partners on SEO and web development initiatives Support digital marketing campaigns and other promotional initiatives Identify process improvements and contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and efficiency Coordinate with leadership on branding, messaging, and strategic marketing direction Benefits
