Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our industrial manufacturing marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving brand awareness and product engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate across departments to execute campaigns, develop content, and support product launches and events. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating campaign performance and refining tactics based on analytics. Creative Content Development

Create and manage compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and product literature. Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials. Digital Marketing

Coordinate digital campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising. Optimize website content for SEO and usability; monitor performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of digital initiatives. Product Marketing

Support product lifecycle initiatives including new product launches, updates, and promotional programs. Conduct market research and voice-of-customer surveys to inform product positioning and messaging. Event Coordination

Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and internal events. Manage logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial manufacturing or professional services. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools. Strong writing, editing, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills

Experience with product marketing and technical content. Familiarity with manufacturing industry trends and terminology. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms.
