We’re looking for a Design Architect to join our client's Dallas team and lead the charge on concept development and spatial storytelling for high-profile hospitality projects. This is a collaborative, in-office role where you’ll be surrounded by a dynamic, motivated team that thrives on thoughtful design and a shared sense of purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Envision and develop early-phase concept designs, master plans, and space plans
Translate creative ideas into presentation-ready deliverables including elevations, 3D models, and high-impact renderings
Pitch and present concepts to both internal teams and clients—storytelling matters here
Reimagine existing buildings or craft entirely new destinations (think transforming an outdated space into a rooftop restaurant with skyline views)
Collaborate across the team to ensure design intent flows through every phase—from vision to construction
Assist in developing interior architectural details and reviewing drawings and submittals to maintain design alignment
Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in architecture or interior architecture
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited architecture program
Strong concepting and space planning skills—your superpower is ideation
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or high-end residential a plus
Registered Architect preferred
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino)
Familiarity with building codes and ADA/Fair Housing/IBC regulations
Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive
