We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. You will be part of a successful sales team that is supported by a dedicated service team, helping manage and foster continued relationships with those new clients. The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing risk management solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of personal lines insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations through comprehensive insurance coverage. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Build and generate a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts. Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients\' specific needs including but not limited to homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their personal and family insurance needs. Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations that may affect their insurance needs. Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities. Qualifications

Valid Property and Casualty License in the state in which you\'re applying for. Experience in personal lines sales and/or service. Outgoing and energetic personality with the ability to generate leads independently. Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritize tasks to manage concurrent workflow. Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage. Preferred Qualifications

Developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace. Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Commission only sales position W2.
