The King Global Ministries Community Campaign Manager plays an integral role in shaping the startup nonprofit’s public image, promoting our message, and coordinating a cohesive campaign strategy for the organization and its programs. This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual committed to driving positive change. About Us
King Global Ministries is an interfaith nonprofit serving individuals—regardless of life choices, lifestyle, or faith tradition—whose past experiences of trauma and drama skew their present self-perception and sabotage their desire for relationship, career, health, and/or wealth fulfillment in the future. We are organized to reduce the incidence of mental, behavioral, emotional, and substance use disorders and suicide by providing programs and services that develop protective factors and build resilience against life challenges. Strategic Planning: Develop the overall campaign strategy, goals, detailed plans, and timelines for the organization and its programs. Outreach and Engagement: Identify key demographics and communities that align with the organization's goals and create outreach strategies to engage with the target audience. Communications: Develop clear and compelling messaging to effectively communicate the organization's mission, goals, and programs. Public Relations: Oversee dissemination of campaign messages through various channels, including social media, press releases, and public appearances to reach the target audience while establishing the organization's public image and reputation. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure all campaign activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitoring Trends: Collaborate with the Research Team to stay informed about industry trends, social issues, and changes in the target audience to adapt outreach strategies accordingly. About You
Persuasive and an excellent written and verbal communicator. Superior organizational and project management skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign strategies. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. Previous experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or related fields is highly desirable but not required.
