Firm understanding of shot composition and creative angles 5+ years of experience as a cinematographer for videos with a wide audience appeal Owns a professional-grade camera with several lenses Experience working directly with clients, including teaching artists and youth Has reliable transportation to travel to and from school sites in Carson, CA and Van Nuys, CA Available during Fall 2023 Desired Skills: Basic editing skills Comfortable working with youth and creating a collaborative atmosphere Responsibilities: Set up shots and camera settings quickly and efficiently Collaborate with other videographers to maximize coverage Set up and light basic scenes using lights and/or natural light Work with middle and high school students for approximately 5-10 days to film short films in the style of spoken word, songs, monologues, and/or short scenes Maximum of 6 hours per day Flat Pay/Stipend Opportunity to work on a creative project and collaborate with a team of talented individuals Gain experience working with young people in a non-profit setting and in filmmaking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
