Overview The primary objective of the Retail Marketing Specialist is to promote the growth of Freedom Outfitters & Armory through both brick & mortar and eCommerce channels. The marketing specialist is responsible for content creation, customer engagement and marketing plan execution across all retail brands under the Freedom Outfitters & Armory umbrella.

Position Attributes

In-depth understanding and usage of ROI principles

Independent motivator who drives for success

Must be an active end user in outdoors, hunting, fishing, firearms, and archery

Existing knowledge of eCommerce and Brand Marketing

Comfortable with the ability to multi-task and operate across different brands

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Execute promotions that align with the retail sales plan and brand image development

Attend in-store sales events as required for content creation and development

Directly engage with Consumers, local Clubs, Events, and Social Media Groups to grow the retail brands

Manage the retail email list and continued remarketing campaigns

Manage all retail social media accounts and interaction with consumers

Drive non-merchandise, membership, contest, class, and range sales

Assist the Lead Multimedia Marketer in SEO management across all retail websites

Manage the retail vendor CO-OP Funds program

Execute the retail marketing plan on budget, as well as evaluate and suggest redirection of marketing funds based on analyzing sales results, industry trends, demographics, customer satisfaction surveys, competitor trends and other market research information

Support the sales and marketing plans across all entities as needed in a variety of ways

Expectations

Maintain quality relationships and services by living and administering the Freedom Creed

Drive growth in both traffic and sales on all web domains and physical store fronts

Remain flexible with job tasks and duties

Be willing to travel to different store locations as needed

Be willing to attend weekend events as needed

Be independently able to create campaigns and content that speak to the core customer and provide an ROI
