Social Media Director Location: Augusta, Georgia Employment Type: Full-Time (In Office) Compensation: $38,000 to $55,000 based on experience. Health insurance, paid vacation, and 401k available. What You’ll Do Develop and oversee social media strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, marketing goals, and campaign objectives. Lead content ideation and creative direction, producing ideas that are platform-native and culturally relevant. Manage the creation and maintenance of detailed content calendars that sync with client campaigns and promotional goals. Direct and participate in the production of social-first video content, from TikToks to Reels, with hands‑on shooting and editing skills. Analyze performance metrics and deliver insightful reports with clear recommendations to optimize performance. Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, and emerging formats to keep clients at the forefront of social innovation. Collaborate closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels. Juggle multiple client accounts with precision, organization, and a solutions‑first mindset. What You Bring 2+ years of social media experience (agency experience strongly preferred). Deep understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other key social platforms, including their algorithms, formats, and best practices. A portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence and proven results. Strong communication skills, confident with both internal teams and clients. Experience translating analytics into strategy and storytelling. Expertise in shooting and editing short‑form video content. A proactive, go‑getter personality with excellent collaboration skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
