Position Summary The Manager of Digital Advertising is a strategic leader within Marketing Shared Services, responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that drive measurable growth in lead generation and brand visibility. You will lead a high‑performing team of digital specialists, foster innovation, accountability, and client partnership, and ensure alignment with enterprise marketing objectives.
Performance Objectives
Drive the vision and execution of paid media strategies that support member practice growth.
Develop a data‑driven digital advertising strategy, optimizing performance across Google and Meta.
Champion operational excellence by implementing scalable processes and tools.
Partner cross‑functionally to enhance customer retention and service utilization.
Manage the marketing technology stack and troubleshoot day‑to‑day operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the digital advertising team through structured training and performance management.
Ensure accurate reporting and billing for all channels monthly.
Contribute to strategy and performance calls.
Communicate the value of paid advertising services to prospective Audigy members.
Develop service‑relevant content for pitch decks and new business proposals.
Conduct audits of existing programs for continual refinement.
Maintain comprehensive SOPs and a knowledge base for consistent processes and training.
Capabilities
Interpret and apply performance analytics (ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, AOV) to refine targeting and budget.
Own billing operations and P&L management, ensuring fiscal discipline.
Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and production process development.
Leverage search, social, and programmatic technologies for multichannel campaigns.
Demonstrate strong self‑direction, accountability, and teamwork.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Translate data into meaningful insights through dashboards and executive summaries.
Qualifications Experience
Minimum three years in a leadership role with direct supervision and development of team members (preferred).
Minimum four years of technical expertise in Google Paid Search and Meta Advertising (required).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in digital advertising, marketing, or communications (preferred).
Google certification (preferred).
Working Environment
Work in office required; hybrid work permitted based on business needs.
Travel up to 10% for member events and trainings.
Full‑time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Occasional flexibility outside standard hours may be required to support team priorities.
Physical Demands This position requires long hours sitting at a computer, with occasional lifting of supplies. You will need to manage muscle strain and maintain ergonomic practices.
