Design Architect | Residential, Educational & Public Projects

Our client, a respected architecture firm with offices in Manhattan and Westchester County, is seeking a Design Architect to join their team. The firm is known for its performance-driven approach , belief in the impact of good design , and commitment to quality execution across Residential, Educational, and Public Sector projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled architect who excels in both concept design and detailed execution, and who thrives in a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute exceptional design skills across all project phases—from concept through construction
  • Develop and refine architectural concepts for residential, educational, and public buildings
  • Research and implement innovative building systems and materials
  • Produce detailed construction documents and drawings using Revit
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure design intent is carried through to completion
  • Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and team members to maintain design and project integrity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 5–10 years of professional experience with a strong design portfolio
  • Expertise in Revit (required)
  • Strong conceptual and technical design skills
  • Proven experience working on Education, Residential, or Public projects
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
