Manage and execute AV projects per blueprints and technical specs. Pull, terminate, and test AV cabling; install projectors, displays, and sound systems. Build and wire racks, configure Q-SYS control systems, and troubleshoot AV networks. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and within standards. Perform site visits and maintain professional job-site organization. Experience You Will Need Strong experience installing and managing commercial AV systems. Certifications: CTS-I, Q-SYS Level 2 is Manditory. Dante Level 2 is optional Solid understanding of network configuration (Netgear switches/routers). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read CAD drawings, blueprints, and riser diagrams. Excellent customer-facing communication and leadership in the field.
