What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage an inventory of claims with nationwide scope involving complex liability and litigation
Review and evaluate coverage and liability for claims
Secure necessary information in the investigation of claims
Work toward the resolution of claims files and attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as necessary
Convey complex information to all appropriate parties while maintaining a professional demeanor
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 10 years of commercial auto bodily injury adjusting experience
Current P&C adjuster licenses required, where applicable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work with a variety of internal and external contacts
Strong consideration for candidates with industry designations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Industry designations that enhance expertise in commercial auto claims
Experience in managing complex liability and litigation cases
