What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage an inventory of commercial auto bodily injury claims with significant exposure and complex liability
Review and evaluate coverage and liability for claims
Secure necessary information for claims investigations, including reports and recorded statements
Work towards the resolution of claims and attend arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials as needed
Ensure compliance with all state, legal, and regulatory requirements in claims handling
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 10 years of commercial auto bodily injury adjusting experience
Current Property & Casualty (P&C) adjuster licenses where applicable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts
Industry designations are highly regarded
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Relevant industry designations that enhance expertise in claims adjusting
Experience working with underwriting and marketing on claims trend issues
