What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and process errata inquiries from submission to resolution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Apply established criteria to resolve moderately complex content issues and elevate non-routine cases as needed
• Execute source content corrections across multiple platforms while meeting formatting, accessibility, and publishing standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify and correct content errors for alignment with learning objectives
• Provide feedback on workflows and processes to support continuous improvement in content operations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in content management, publishing operations, or editorial processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., RSuite) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), particularly Canvas
