Staff CRM Marketing and Strategy Lead – Intuit Overview

Intuit’s Consumer Group’s CRM team is seeking an experienced engagement‑marketing leader to manage the TurboTax email program and drive retention for the TurboTax business. The role involves running complex, high‑impact campaigns, delivering personalized experiences, and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the TurboTax email program focused on driving product transactions during tax season, ensuring flawless execution for one of the largest installed bases in the US and pioneering personalization initiatives.

Lead the creation of compelling, story‑telling campaigns with relevant content, creative assets, and best‑in‑class execution.

Implement truly 1:1 campaigns across varied customer segments, driving offers, content, and messaging.

Define channel contact strategy, maintain program calendars, and establish governance protocols.

Translate complex campaign requirements into actionable plans, partnering closely with CRM data and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation and dynamic content delivery.

Collaborate with strategy partners to design, execute, and measure sophisticated test plans.

Report on channel performance with Analytics, sharing insights with leadership and business stakeholders to optimize results.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience managing an extensive email marketing program at a Fortune 500 company.

Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially in creative, story‑telling, and campaign development.

Passion for copy and creative development, with strong experience working with creative teams.

Understanding of the data that fuels CRM programs and the ability to orchestrate campaigns and personalization.

Superior organizational, project‑management, and communication skills, with hands‑on management of deployments under tight deadlines.

Experience with enterprise‑level marketing cloud solutions and CRM technology stacks.

Adept at analytical and data manipulation to generate actionable insights that drive performance.

Compensation This role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Base salary ranges are:

Southern California: $150,500 – $203,500

Bay Area: $158,000 – $213,500
