Ponte Firm is hiring: Talent Manager (Influencer / Creator) in New York

Established in 2019, Ponte Firm is an industry-leading boutique talent management firm headquartered in Austin, TX and New York City. We specialize in managing social-focused talent, connecting their audiences with top brands to create impactful content and drive sales. With a roster of over 100 talent spanning 40+ million followers, Ponte Firm excels at multi-platform storytelling.

This role is based in NYC. We operate on a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays remote. In-office Tuesday through Thursday with additional half-day offs Fridays throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Plan, pitch, close and retain influencer talent and brand partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of talent, providing strategic counsel on social media, brand partnerships, and long-term growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry contacts to drive new opportunities and meet revenue goals
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring partnerships are executed smoothly from start to completion
• Collaborate with the internal Brand Partnerships team to align talent selections, messaging, and campaign strategy with brand objectives
• Identify and develop creative business opportunities and brand extensions based on each talent’s strengths and goals
• Stay informed on social platform trends, industry news, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities

Qualifications

• Required: 2+ years of talent management and/or influencer marketing experience
• Be a savvy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience
• Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects
