Ponte Firm is hiring: Talent Manager (Influencer / Creator) in New York

Established in 2019, Ponte Firm is an industry-leading boutique talent management firm headquartered in Austin, TX and New York City. We specialize in managing social-focused talent, connecting their audiences with top brands to create impactful content and drive sales. With a roster of over 100 talent spanning 40+ million followers, Ponte Firm excels at multi-platform storytelling. This role is based in NYC. We operate on a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays remote. In-office Tuesday through Thursday with additional half-day offs Fridays throughout the year. Responsibilities Plan, pitch, close and retain influencer talent and brand partners Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of talent, providing strategic counsel on social media, brand partnerships, and long-term growth Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry contacts to drive new opportunities and meet revenue goals Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring partnerships are executed smoothly from start to completion Collaborate with the internal Brand Partnerships team to align talent selections, messaging, and campaign strategy with brand objectives Identify and develop creative business opportunities and brand extensions based on each talent’s strengths and goals Stay informed on social platform trends, industry news, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities Qualifications Required: 2+ years of talent management and/or influencer marketing experience Be a savvy, successful self-starter with at least a few years of relevant professional experience Know how to approach problem-solving with outside-the-box solutions, and be willing to take on a diverse range of assignments and creative projects What You’ll Get Competitive compensation: $130,000–$185,000 annually, depending on experience Unlimited vacation policy and generous paid time off 401(k) program with company contributions Paid parental leave Hybrid work structure with flexibility Mental health days and quarterly recharge breaks Ongoing career development and growth opportunities Team retreats, industry events, and social outings Ponte Firm does not cover relocation costs.
