Overview
EPCVIP is looking for a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO in driving productivity, maintaining organization, and supporting light sales and client operations. This role combines executive assistance, sales enablement, and project coordination - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities
Executive & Operational Support
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for internal projects, and weekly meetings. Assist in travel planning, event coordination, and accommodations for leadership. Handle personal tasks such as purchasing gifts, running errands, and light research. Maintain organization for Executives Clubs Membership related commitments.
Sales & CRM Management
Manage HubSpot CRM (bonus if you can build or improve automations). Support Wrike project management workflows and updates. Assist with sales outreach, including LinkedIn and Apollo workflows (bonus: familiarity with Clay or willingness to learn). Support partnership onboarding and help field light client questions before escalating.
Reporting & Performance
Track project and sales performance metrics and assist with reporting. Prepare materials and insights for leadership and stakeholder meetings. Help improve operational efficiency through AI tools, automation, and structured reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience with sales teams and CRMs (HubSpot/Wrike preferred). Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules, travel, and meetings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. LinkedIn and Apollo workflows (Clay experience a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to make fast, informed decisions without heavy supervision. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and data reporting is a BIG plus.
