Job Title Graphic Designer

Job Description Summary As a key member of the Americas Property Marketing Hub, the Graphic Designer on the Capital Markets team is responsible for the development of marketing materials to effectively showcase and market properties for sale. In addition to core marketing responsibilities, this role includes select administrative tasks to support team operational needs. This role requires a full-time on-site presence, five days a week, at the Cushman & Wakefield office in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

Design: Executes the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, marketing partners and team leadership.

Designs visually stunning property marketing materials, including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, brokers opinion of values (BOV), presentations, and other graphics in a highly efficient manner.

Creates impactful and memorable logos and brand styles that effectively represent the essence of the property and convey a strong visual identity.

Responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines.

Demonstrates a strategic mindset in developing designs and materials that align with marketing objectives.

Oversees all creative aspects of production and quality control, communicating progress to fee-earners, Marketing Specialists and liaising with Marketing leadership as needed.

Deeply understands the creative process and demonstrates an efficient and effective workflow.

Presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative choices.

Provides best practices, stays abreast of design trends, and encourages creativity on the Graphic Design team.

Administrative: Coordinates meetings with clients/prospective clients, including logistical support.

Books travel as needed.

Assists with all other administrative requests as needed, including coordination of printing, packages, courier, etc.

Coordinates invoices and sends to the appropriate contact for payment.

Submits and tracks expense reports; follows up as needed on reimbursements.

Prepares draft deal-related documents and provides to broker team for review, approval, and delivery.

Organizes transition documents including confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, etc. for deal submission.

Coordinates invoices and sends to the appropriate contact for payment.

Submits and tracks expense reports; follows up as needed on reimbursements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3-4 years of experience in professional services graphic design.

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Salesforce.

Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.

Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment

A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environment

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, marketing collateral and long format design

Compensation and Benefits Cushman & Wakefield provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation offered for this role is $55,250.00 - $65,000.00 and is based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
