Beauty Advisor/Artist Freelancer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skin‑care, hair, or fragrance consultations, delivering a welcoming, inspirational, personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will collaborate with a high‑performing team, support in‑store events, and maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; applicants with amateur‑level experience who demonstrate creative and technical expertise are welcome.
• Must provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay Range

Hourly range: $21.60 to $32.40. Salary may vary by geographic location and experience. Eligible for discretionary bonus and benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
