Description

As a freelance sales associate, you will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a personalized in‑store experience. You will educate and delight customers on makeup application, skin‑care recommendations, hair and fragrance consultations, and participate in in‑store events and visual merchandising. You will work with a high‑performing team to achieve excellent customer service and store standards.

Qualifications

  • Retail experience preferred; beginner level experience accepted with strong creative and technical skills.
  • Demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited for interview.
  • Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable; expertise in fragrance, skincare or hair consultation is highly valued but not required.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly rate may vary by geographic location. The position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in a competitive bonus program.
