As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations and create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.

You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure our visual merchandising meets the highest standards.

This role is ideal for dynamic, self‑starter professionals seeking a progressive career with a leader in prestige beauty.

We welcome both certified makeup artists and beginners, as well as those with expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation. All candidates are encouraged to develop their skills in these areas.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; beginners with a strong creative and technical skill set are also welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience using retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to interview.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget.
