What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with content leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute customer-focused content strategies
• Conduct market research to understand user needs, trends, and competitor offerings
• Build a network of potential authors and subject matter experts to ensure business continuity
• Plan and propose market-focused content to drive business growth and deliver products on time and within budget
• Monitor portfolio performance and troubleshoot with stakeholders to enhance profitability

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Education in Communications, English, Education, or a related field with knowledge of the publishing process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
