APCON is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Web Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will shape how users experience APCON’s digital ecosystem—translating complex ideas into simple, elegant designs. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to produce digital assets, refine user flows, and ensure visuals reflect APCON’s innovative brand identity.

Development Tools

Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Blender, HTML, CSS, CSS Libraries (Tailwind)

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces for APCON’s website, digital campaigns, and online tools
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly communicate interaction concepts
  • Partner with developers to ensure your designs are implemented with accuracy and attention to user experience
  • Generate digital assets, imagery, and graphics that embody APCON’s tone, identity, and vision
  • Conduct usability testing and user research to improve navigation, accessibility, and flow
  • Maintain consistency in visual design standards, ensuring branding and experience cohesion across platforms
  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends and technologies to continually elevate design quality

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong digital portfolio
  • Expertise in creating visual systems and scalable component libraries
  • Understanding of web frameworks and responsive design principles
  • Experience collaborating within agile or cross-functional product teams
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital design

Education and Soft Skills

  • BS or BA in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Exceptional eye for design, typography, and composition
  • Excellent communicator who can translate creative concepts into technical realities
  • Collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and motivated by continuous improvement
  • Collaborative and innovative environment
