Studio General Manager Executive Administrative Assistant
The Studio General Manager in Xbox Game Studios is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as the operational heartbeat across five game development studios. This role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones. The Executive Administrative Assistant anticipates needs, streamlines operations, and enables the GM (General Manager) to focus on high impact priorities through high quality support. Self-starter skills, ability to work and thrive independently, and project management capabilities are critical. Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with leader priorities. Proactively sequence priorities, resolve conflicts, negotiate trade-offs, and protect focus time. Anticipate preparation and follow-ups. Project Management: Drive initiatives such as studio visit agendas, itineraries, and milestone/launch recognition. Maintain clear plans, timelines, budgets, and status updates. Travel Coordination: Plan and manage complex domestic and international itineraries. Handle visas, ground logistics, and on-site arrangements. Ensure timely and accurate expense reconciliation. Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan and execute meetings and team events with precision and creativity. Orchestrate on-site visits and handle logistics of studio visits, tradeshow visits, etc. Communications: Act as point of contact for GM. Triage inbound requests, route decisions, and maintain seamless communication with studio GM and partner teams. Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information with discretion. Model policy compliance and uphold Microsoft standards of conduct. Culture: Represent and embody our culture and values in all interactions. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management. Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Experience with travel and expense processes. Verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Outlook/Calendar, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur (or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications: Project management skills, including planning, milestone tracking, risk assessment, budgeting, and communication, with a track record of driving small to medium initiatives to completion. Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.
