Job Brief
The Dink is the largest, most influential pickleball media and events brand in the world.
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Advertising Sales Account Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, accountable, and driven to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding company.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities
- Work to qualify and close leads
- Prospect, cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with advertising decision-makers at brands and agencies
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities
- Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information
- Accurately report on forecast/pipeline
- Responsible for driving revenue by selling integrated packages to advertisers
- Build custom partnership proposals and presentations for potential brand clients
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of digital media sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Knowledgeable and passionate about digital media, brand marketing, and strategic partnerships
- Strong personal relationships with key brand and agency stakeholders
- A strong understanding of media sales packaging and selling digital sponsorships
- Previous success winning new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience selling native newsletter advertising products is a plus
