The Dink is the largest, most influential pickleball media and events brand in the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Advertising Sales Account Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, accountable, and driven to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding company.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and opportunities
  • Work to qualify and close leads
  • Prospect, cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with advertising decision-makers at brands and agencies
  • Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information
  • Accurately report on forecast/pipeline
  • Responsible for driving revenue by selling integrated packages to advertisers
  • Build custom partnership proposals and presentations for potential brand clients
  • 3+ years of digital media sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about digital media, brand marketing, and strategic partnerships
  • Strong personal relationships with key brand and agency stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of media sales packaging and selling digital sponsorships
  • Previous success winning new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience selling native newsletter advertising products is a plus
