Job Title : UX Operations Specialist Job Location : Boulder, CO The UX Operations Specialist will manage and scale Trusted Tester programs, supporting UX Research (UXR) across end-to-end research execution. This includes vendor management, project tracking, process improvement, and capacity planning. The role combines operational excellence with strategic influence, aiming to optimize program impact, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Collaboration spans multiple cross‑functional teams (UXR, PM, TPM, Engineering, Legal) in a fast‑paced, complex environment. Key Responsibilities Operations & Strategy : Ensure seamless program delivery for Trusted Tester initiatives, manage vendors, and oversee budgets/opex. Process & Program Management : Own workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for research program efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement : Build trust with partners, influence strategy, and communicate insights effectively. Analytics & UX Metrics : Develop and report UX metrics, run analytics, track outcomes, and influence program plans based on insights. Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate across UX teams and other stakeholders to drive OKRs, strategic planning, and seamless handoffs. Program Growth : Identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and scale programs from pilot to wide deployment. Top 3 Daily Focus Areas Execute and support Trusted Tester program operations and strategy. Manage research vendors and ensure quality and scope alignment. Oversee budgets and operational expenditure reporting. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications 5+ years managing large, complex UX research programs. 5+ years experience with design, user research, and UX methodologies.
