Job Title: UX Operations Specialist Location: Boulder CO, 80301- Hybrid Duration: 9 months Role Overview The UX Operations Specialist drives operational excellence, strategy, and user-centered processes across the UX Research organization. This role manages scalable programs, vendor operations, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance research efficiency and impact product decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage and scale Trusted Tester research programs across teams and vendors. Build and optimize UX operations, processes, and reporting frameworks. Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and inform strategy. Partner with UX, PM, Eng, and Legal to align goals, ensure execution quality, and track metrics. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational documentation. Required Qualifications 5+ years managing large, complex UX or research programs. Strong knowledge of UX methods, operations, and analytics. Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
