The HVAC Designer will provide technical expertise and guidance, ensuring that all projects in HVAC field adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within the local context. The expert will contribute to Egis’s technical excellence and visibility among clients and prospects, engage in innovative practices, and share knowledge within the Group.

About the Role

Preparing technical documentation for feasibility studies, construction projects, and execution projects in the installation industry regarding networks, installations, and heating, ventilation, gas, water supply, and sewage systems

Participating in coordination meetings of interdisciplinary teams

Preparing project documentation

Coordinating team work

Analyze offers and draft summary reports and specifications at all stages of design (tender, preliminary design, definitive design, project)

Participate in the selection of technical solutions (financial estimates, sizing of technical solutions, ...)

Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions for projects, ensuring compliance with local standards and project specifications

Actively contribute to the group's technical signature visibility among our clients and prospects (e.g., publishing technical articles, participating in tenders, speaking at specialized conferences, mentoring, ...)

Contribute to technical communities and collaborate with the Egis Experts network to integrate and disseminate best practices

Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization

Maintain external accreditations and an in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulations and industry best practices

Keep strong technical connection with SL Experts to promote, discuss and improve the cross‑borders production model

Support HR team for the definition of needed resources recruitment

Actively put him/her‑self available for mentoring and new resources training and leading

What do we need from you

Higher technical education in the field of: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning

Licenses for unrestricted design in the installation specialty regarding networks, installations, and heating, ventilation, gas, water supply, and sewage systems

Minimum 5 years of experience as a designer in designing ventilation and air conditioning installations

Knowledge of industry software – Revit/AutoCAD, MS Office

Experience in HVAC with a strong focus on technical excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective engagement with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop practical and innovative solutions, and methodically process and organize technical information from various documents

Ability to share and transmit expertise

Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level)
