The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a Social Creative Producer to lead creative production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration — ensuring great work is delivered on a scale, with strategy and system-level efficiency.
Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities
- Produce across all altitudes — from executing fast-turn assets to building cross‑functional systems that enable reusability, automation, and data‑informed storytelling.
 - Work across creative, marketing, and technology teams to turn strategy into delivery, aligning internal processes with agency infrastructure and internal studios.
 - Ensure seamless creative collaboration across partners as a strong partner and advocate of creative teams, writers, developers, designers, and animators.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year integrated marketing experience (digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent.
 - 1+ year experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations.
 - 1+ year experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
 - 1+ year experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows.
 - 1+ year experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations producing at multiple altitudes.
 - Preferred: 3+ years integrated marketing experience; 3+ years integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative operations; 3+ years experience with modular storytelling and scalable content systems; proficiency with production and collaboration tools (Asana, Airtable, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, M365); business‑to‑business or enterprise marketing experience; strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
 
Compensation
Typical base pay range: USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, range: USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
