The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a creative producer to lead production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration—ensuring great work is delivered at scale, on strategy, and with system‑level efficiency.

Job Location: The primary location is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other potential locations; candidates not residing in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond. This role offers flexibility, allowing up to 50% work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Produce across all altitudes—from executing fast‑turn assets to building cross‑functional systems that enable reusability, automation, and data‑informed storytelling.
  • Work across creative, marketing, and technology teams to turn strategy into delivery, aligning internal processes with agency infrastructure and internal studios and ensuring seamless creative collaboration across partners.
  • Act as the “tip of the spear” for making great work, being a strong partner and advocate for creative teams, writers, developers, designers, and animators.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing experience (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience, OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations, or related work experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
  • 1+ year(s) experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows.
  • 1+ year(s) experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations, producing at multiple altitudes—from asset‑level execution to systems‑level thinking.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing experience (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience, OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ year(s) experience integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative operations.
  • 3+ year(s) experience with modular storytelling and scalable content systems.
  • Proficiency with production and collaboration tools (Asana, Airtable, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, M365).
  • Experience in business‑to‑business or enterprise marketing (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Integrated Marketing IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 – $169,800 per year. Pay varies by location, e.g., San Francisco Bay Area: $112,000 – $185,300 per year.
