The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a Social Creative Producer to lead creative production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration — ensuring great work is delivered at scale, on strategy, and with system-level efficiency.
Job Location: The primary location is Redmond, WA, but the role may also be based in three other locations. Candidates who are not residents of one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond.
This role is flexible: you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for producing across all altitudes — from executing fast‑turn assets to building cross‑functional systems that enable reusability, automation, and data‑informed storytelling. You’ll work across creative, marketing, and technology teams to turn strategy into delivery, aligning internal processes with agency infrastructure and internal studios and ensuring seamless creative collaboration across partners. This producer will be the “tip of the spear” for making great work, being a strong partner and advocate of creative teams, writers, developers, designers, and animators.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
 - 1+ year(s) experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations OR equivalent experience.
 - 1+ year(s) experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
 - 1+ year(s) experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows.
 - 1+ year(s) experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations producing at multiple altitudes — from asset‑level execution to systems‑level thinking.
 
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
 - 3+ year(s) experience integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative operations.
 - 3+ year(s) experience with modular storytelling and scalable content systems.
 - Proficiency with production and collaboration tools (Asana, Airtable, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, M365).
 - Experience in business‑to‑business or enterprise marketing preferred.
 - Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
 
Benefits and Compensation
The base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 – $169,800 per year. In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the range is USD $112,000 – $185,300 per year.
