About the Client

Our client specializes in creating high‑quality, custom‑printed labels and packaging solutions for diverse industries, including food, beverage, health, and beauty. They stand out by emphasizing speed, quality, service, great pricing, and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, aiming to surpass $100 million in revenue in the next three years.

Role Overview

Based onsite in Orlando, FL, you will begin with a comprehensive training and onboarding program. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base by engaging with key decision‑makers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities: researching and establishing new business leads in target industries (food, beverage, health, beauty).
  • Client engagement: initiating contact through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Assess needs: qualifying potential clients by understanding their specific print and packaging requirements.
  • Sales initiation: delivering compelling pitches and setting up meetings for the sales directors to showcase our cutting‑edge solutions.
  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $15,000 in commission, for a total package of $70,000.
  • Monthly bonuses.
  • Progression: clear path to advance to a 360° Sales Role (taking ownership of the entire sales cycle) within 18‑24 months.
  • High earning potential: top performers have the potential to earn up to $250,000 by their third year.
  • Mentorship: direct shadow/mentorship opportunities from higher‑ups.

  • Confident and persuasive: passionate about winning and skilled at delivering compelling presentations.
  • Collaborative team player: you love working with people and are skilled at facilitating strong client relationships, wanting to win as a team.

  • Education: a completed Bachelor’s Degree is required.
