About the Opportunity Our clients specialize in providing cutting-edge solutions for diverse industries, including technology, CPG, finance, and more. They are on aggressive growth paths, offering a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive work environment with leadership committed to transparency and mentorship. The Role Based onsite in Orlando FL, you will begin with a comprehensive training and onboarding program designed to build your foundational sales skills. You will be crucial in expanding the client base and driving revenue by engaging with key decision-makers across various sectors. Key Responsibilities Identifying New Opportunities: Researching and establishing new business leads in target industries. Client Engagement: Initiating contact through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build strong, early-stage client relationships. Assessing Needs: Qualifying potential clients by understanding their business challenges and solution requirements. Sales Initiation: Delivering compelling initial pitches and setting up qualified meetings for senior sales executives. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $15,000 in commission, for a total package of $70,000 (OTE to be discussed based on location and client). Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses & Incentives. Progression: Clear path to advance to a 360° Sales Role within 18-24 months. High Earning Potential: Top performers see significant salary growth by their third year.
