About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Vice President to lead the exciting expansion of its eCommerce business, enhance its social media presence, and boost sales in the B2B beauty category. The successful candidate will strategically develop, implement, and oversee both long-term and short-term digital marketing initiatives. This key role focuses on increasing brand and product visibility, driving traffic to the company's websites, and managing social media platforms to generate eCommerce and B2B sales.
The VP will craft innovative digital marketing strategies utilizing a variety of techniques, design a unique social media strategy, and guide the team in creating engaging content that resonates with the brand's voice and aesthetic. Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, advertising, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, social media, digital content creation, and brand marketing within the hard-goods consumer products sector. Prior experience in consumer products and hard goods is essential, with a strong preference for those coming from the consumer electronics background.
This role requires a proven track record in brand marketing analytics, proficiency in web analytics tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, be highly motivated, and demonstrate a capacity to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team. Familiarity with social listening and digital analytics is also crucial.
