About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Marketing to spearhead the aggressive expansion of its eCommerce business, social media presence, and B2B beauty category sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the long-term digital marketing strategy, as well as short-term advertising initiatives. This pivotal role involves enhancing brand and product awareness, driving traffic to the company's websites, and managing social media channels to generate eCommerce and B2B sales. The VP will be expected to set digital marketing strategies using a variety of methods and instruments, create a unique social strategy, and lead the team in developing creative content that aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic. Applicants for the VP of Digital Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of a BA in digital marketing, marketing, advertising, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years' of recent and expert knowledge in digital marketing, social media, digital content creation, and brand marketing, particularly within the hard-goods consumer products industry. Experience in consumer products and hard goods is an absolute requirement, with a preference for those with a background in consumer electronics. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in brand marketing analytics, web analytic tools, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
