LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas and Houston areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably within a professional services environment. In this role you will have a direct impact on the business by being a strategic thinker, a process-driven leader, and an expert in leveraging technology and data to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness. This is a fully onsite role at our client's office in either the Dallas area or the Houston area.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and automation to support business objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, sales, and client service-to ensure seamless campaign execution and data integration.
Oversee the management and enhancement of marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to measure marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and compliance standards in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts related to marketing technology and operations.
Analyze campaign and operational metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of marketing operations experience, with proven expertise in professional services (consulting, legal, accounting, or similar fields).
Demonstrated success in implementing and managing marketing technology solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Previous experience in leading and managing marketing operations teams is highly preferred, demonstrating a proven ability to drive team performance and operational excellence in a professional services environment.
Ability to work fully onsite at our client's office in the Dallas area or their office in the Houston area.
