Job Title: Remote Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary: A dynamic opportunity is available for a Commercial Insurance Producer with a focus on middle market accounts. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote work arrangement but requires residency in Northern California to support in-person client meetings and occasional office presence. The ideal candidate will be experienced in prospecting, producing, quoting, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and prospect new commercial clients Develop and maintain a pipeline of middle market accounts Quote and market new and renewal business opportunities Build relationships with carriers and negotiate competitive terms Attend in-person client meetings as necessary Maintain strong product knowledge and industry awareness Collaborate with internal service teams to support client retention and growth Qualifications/Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance production Proven track record of lead generation, quoting, and closing new business Experience with middle market accounts, particularly in hospitality and construction, preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Local to Northern California with willingness/ability to travel for client meetings Existing book of business preferred but not required Compensation Package:
Compensation: Between $60K-$150K (based on experience) Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
