Job Description Commercial Lines Producer Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust book of business, focusing on middle-market accounts Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, networking, and off-site client meetings Manage renewals and ensure a high retention rate Collaborate with internal teams to pre-qualify accounts and provide tailored insurance solutions Work with a diverse range of industries, including construction, amusement, real estate, and other generalist lines Utilize AMS360 software to quote and manage new and renewal business Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful Commercial Lines Producer, with a focus on middle to large market accounts Previous experience with middle market premiums is required Proven track record of longevity and consistent production in previous roles Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.
