1 year contract, hybrid. 2‑3 days per week in the Irvine, CA office. This is not an IT‑based role. Must have Ad Agency experience (non‑negotiable).
Our global pharma client requires a Creative Traffic/PM to oversee all print‑based deliverables within their in‑house creative team. The role involves managing print assets for tradeshows, conferences, presentation decks, leave‑behinds, etc., from kickoff to file delivery.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years as a creative PM or traffic manager in an agency setting
Minimum 3 years overseeing print deliverables
Ability to identify risk and provide solutions to the team
Anticipate bottlenecks and deviations from the original schedule; communicate issues to the team
Manage simple to complex non‑interactive projects
Prioritize workload collaboratively with the team
Schedule input meetings
Create and maintain timelines
Develop internal fee estimates
Maintain daily/weekly status reports
Conduct weekly meetings
Manage approval routes, ensuring timely review by the appropriate team members and provide actionable guidance
Forecast workload and staffing accordingly
Essential Skills and Abilities
Proficient at forecasting potential roadblocks and finding alternative solutions
Act with little direction and keep projects prioritized and on schedule
Multi‑task multiple projects simultaneously
Effectively communicate with staff at all levels, from account coordinator to VP
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Understanding of how print works
Experience with Microsoft Office and maintaining up‑to‑date computer skills
Knowledge of Workfront, ProofHQ, MS Project, Advantage software systems (a plus)
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field or advertising agency experience
Minimum 2–3 years of working knowledge of graphic design and advertising print production techniques in an agency studio
Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this position is $90,000–$110,000 per year.
