Area Delivery Leader (ADL) – Telecommunications, Media and Gaming
with a passion for delivering AI‑first solutions, customer business value, and a proven ability to drive innovation and high‑quality delivery of services for our valued customers. You should have experience operating a $60–100 M/year business and developing high‑performing teams. Responsibilities AI‑First Consulting
Leverage AI within business operations and IT delivery for efficiency and speed to value.
Passion for learning and growing AI skillsets, with a curious mindset to AI and interest in transforming existing approaches.

Consulting Market Planning & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive consulting market plan for a mid‑size geography, prioritizing solutions in line with global strategy.
Gain alignment of plans from senior leaders and articulate value proposition for consulting within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Drive solution, sales planning, and portfolio management that is “on strategy,” collecting and providing feedback on portfolio success.
Establish and drive orchestration across Enterprise Operating Unit (EOU) on strategic accounts to ensure alignment on account strategy.
Grow relationship management across a broad portfolio of top customers, establishing regular cadence with Chief Officers.
Drive sales strategy supporting Microsoft strategy and revenue generation, monitoring pipeline and navigating staffing planning.
Provide advice on leveraging company processes, assets, and intellectual property around strategic digital transformation approaches.
Drive execution of all aspects of consulting business through defined cadence of accountability, defining key quarterly objectives.
Operational & Business Excellence
Drive execution excellence through rhythm of the business, optimizing processes, tool adoption, and compliance with Microsoft policies.
Implement operational processes for continuous improvement of team performance (e.g., closed‑loop sales campaigns, project quality reviews).
Provide inputs into regional and enterprise consulting business reviews, priority setting, and annual business planning.
Manage and align regional and global resources through account planning and profit & loss (P&L) management.
Establish and monitor local budgets to drive revenue targets, managing profits and losses for the consulting organization.
Ensure positive customer experience from planning through execution, supporting lifecycle and aligning resources appropriately.
Leadership
Build organizational and people capability for the future through coaching, engagement, and talent management.
Create and execute talent agenda in partnership with peer group leaders and Human Resources.
Drive an inclusive environment by engaging all consulting employees within the assigned geography.
Champion and implement the diversity and inclusion strategy for the consulting organization.

Qualifications Required / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 12+ years of technology‑related, business, professional services, consulting, and sales experience (or equivalent).
8+ years of team leadership or people management experience, with or without direct reports (or equivalent).
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 15+ years of technology‑related, business, professional services, consulting, and sales experience (or equivalent).
15+ years of experience in sales/selling.
10+ years of people management experience, including leading managers of managers in a matrixed environment.
8+ years experience within Telecom, Media and Gaming.
Experience with AI technology usage and implementation.
8+ years of project management and delivery oversight experience for complex, enterprise customers with Chief Officer (CXO)‑level visibility.
4+ years of account management experience.
Compensation Consulting Practice Management M6 – typical base pay range: USD $153,400 – $268,800 per year. In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $192,000 – $288,000 per year.
