The role is responsible for documenting, tracking, recording, and managing integrated digital marketing programs within a healthcare and/or professional services environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media channels to achieve business objectives.
Manage brand reputation across all digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging tailored to target audiences.
Analyze and report digital marketing performance using ROI and KPI metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Utilize strong analytical skill to evaluate end-to-end audience experience across multiple channels.
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop digital marketing strategies, plans and assets.
Partner with IT on website maintenance; collaborate with Sales on CRM and campaign requirements.
Work with agency partners to develop formal style guide for digital marketing.
Follow and enforce brand guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Use website analytics to monitor traffic and engagement trends and recommend improvements.
Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
Occasional business travel may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
Seven (7) plus years experience in B2B digital marketing, leading and managing web development, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Experience in HTML and WordPress preferred.
Healthcare industry preference.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Self-starter mindset with strong team collaboration skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, processes, and tools, particularly in ESPs.
Proficient in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and WordPress.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively and analytically.
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with website/email management tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, and Wrike preferred.
Salary:
Starting at $69,900 annually.
